In this Agreement & Disclaimer ("Agreement") "you" and "your" refer to each customer or website visitor, "we", us" and "our" refer to EDJ Associates, Inc., its contractors, agents, employees, officers, directors and affiliates (hereinafter “EDJ”) and "Services" refers to the services provided by us.

EDJ PROVIDES THIS SITE AND RELATED SERVICES SUBJECT TO YOUR COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN.  PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY.

The content available through the Site is the sole property of EDJ or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Except as otherwise explicitly agreed in writing, OWNED-owned content received through the Site may be downloaded, displayed, reformatted and printed for your personal, non-commercial use only. Content owned by EDJ licensors may be subject to additional restrictions. DISSATISFACTION
In the event that your corporate name is unavailable, your sole remedy will be limited to the fees paid to EDJ.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the services of EDJ after receipt of the incorporation documents, EDJ will retain a $50 processing fee, and will refund the remainder of the fees paid to EDJ. In the event that EDJ has not initiated processing of your order, EDJ will retain a $15 processing fee and will refund the remainder of the fees paid to EDJ. Any and all fees paid to the Secretary of State cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If the corporation is deficiently formed and/or an error is made on the part of EDJ, EDJ will undertake reasonable efforts to cure and amend any necessary documentation, or will refund the fees paid to EDJ, at the sole discretion of EDJ. At no time will any fees paid to the Secretary of State be refunded to you.

Transmission of email is at your own risk.  EDJ cannot accept responsibility for your transmission of confidential information or any obligation with respect to that information not submitted over the secure server.

GOVERNING LAW
By using this site, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state of New York and federal courts having jurisdiction in the County of Queens in the state of New York, and you waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

You agree that, if an agent for you (i.e., an Internet Service Provider, employee, etc.) purchased our Services on your behalf, you are nonetheless bound as a principal by all terms and conditions herein.

EDJ may modify these terms of use at any time by making such modification on this page.
