To be considered for participation in a U.S. Government
Trade Mission or Delegation, you must provide routine
business contact information and attest to your
company's compliance with this criteria:
- Are your goods or service's
manufactured or produced in the United States?
If the answer is no for any of the
goods or services, they must be marketed under the name
of a U.S. firm and have U.S. content representing at
least 51 percent of the value of the finished good or
service.
The following documents must be
submitted to the Government to allow it to independently
determine the fitness of your company to participate in
the trade event of your choice. All documents that
follow must be completed and submitted to the designated
Trade Mission recruiter or project manager.
- Company Profile - A series
of questions aimed at soliciting information about
your company that will make it possible to arrange
more effective appointments in the cities on the
trade mission agenda. This is the first
and most important step in the process because it
confirms that your product or service has good
potential in the Mission markets.
- Participation Agreement -
Declaration that Company meets the criteria for
participation in U.S. sponsored Trade Missions and
Delegations.
- Conditions of Participation
- Provided so you may better understand your
company's and the United State government's role in
making the Trade Mission a success.
- Trade Mission Application
- Additional information about the nature of your
company, its markets that relate to the specific
Mission and Delegation, and a statement that the
company's participation is consistent with the goals
and objectives of the Mission, as set forth in the
specific event Mission Statement.
- Credit Card Information -
Should your company choose to pay its participation
fee using a credit card.
